A MP3 file is an audio file. It does not contain notes, it contains sounds and therefore cannot be converted in any way to sheet music. A MIDI file is not a sound file, but contains notes. You can simply import a MIDI file into your music notation application and save it as sheet music. I assume that you mean a PDF file instead of a PFD file. A PDF file is a document. It can contain text, images, it may be sheet music, et cetera. You cannot convert a PDF file, no matter what its contents, to sheet music. If the PDF file contains sheet music and you would like to import it into your music notation application, you will simply need to draw in each note by hand, copying it from the PDF file.
