I am considering changing my major from mathematics to music industry. What kind of jobs are available in the field? Would sound engineer/music producer be within that field? I would love to work for a recording company as the person behind the audio board conducting the recordings. Also, as I have asked a few times thus far, what other jobs are available in the field? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry…the music industry is in the toilet due to the economy…..
There are thousand and thousands of talented, experience people on the street due to the economy…the competition for any job is extreme. …people will do anything for much less just to feed their kids……..I don’t expect it to get any better before 2012……
