Rather than asking here, you really need to order prospectuses from universities you are interested in and see what they say about the course, as they will explain what kind of prior knowledge you will need to study it (which may well vary from university to university). Even better, once you have this information, contact a course tutor to discuss your concerns. I'm sure they will be happy to help.
