That depends entirely on how well the record label does… what is big too you? A CEO could make a 6 figure salary on a decent label and if it went big in my book they could be making 8 figures. I am sure some of the big CEO’s out there are raking in 9 figures a year but that is a very select few.

Depends on how business they deal with or artists.I’m sure anywhere from 100,000+.Unless their a up and coming label.
