I am looking for decent recording/mixing software that has built-in drum tracks/instruments that don’t sound cheesy.
well im a huge indie fan, no mainstream crap, and i wanna expand my music more, anyone got any suggestions?
I’ve searched on Amazon.com, but most of the programs that come up have reviews saying that sound quality was poor or that it messed up the user’s entire computer. What I need is a good quality, not (too) expensive product that I can make sound files from scratch and add effects with relative ease. Can anyone recommend anything?
I’m buying one as a gift and completely clueless, seeing as I am not a musician. I know he’s kind of influenced by bands like iron and wine, modest mouse, the decemberists, Margot and the nuclear so and sos, belle and sabastian, death cab, etc.
I was thinking of possibly an electric-acoustic? I’m just not sure if certain ones are best for certain sounds. If so, is there a particular one you’d recommend for this?
